Brief and contact forms
When you send the brief or the contact form, the fields you fill in are stored in the site database and sent by email to dario@tokmatik.eu. You also get a confirmation email. This is used only to reply to you and to prepare a first proposal.
Submissions are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless the conversation turns into a project. You can ask for deletion at any time.
The chat demo
Messages you type into the chat are sent to an AI provider to generate the answer. The site uses OpenRouter, which forwards the request to a model provider, and asks OpenRouter to use only providers that do not use the data for training. Providers may keep requests for a short time for abuse monitoring under their own terms.
Each turn is logged for 30 days to improve the demo and to detect abuse. Email addresses and phone numbers are masked before the log is written. Logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. Do not enter personal or confidential data.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. The chat keeps an anonymous session token in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab; the forms carry a short-lived signed token in the page itself. The admin area uses one session cookie for the site owner only. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Technical data
To limit abuse, the site keeps short-lived counters per IP address (stored as a one-way hash) for rate limiting. They are deleted within a few days. The hosting provider may keep standard server access logs. [CONFIRM: hosting provider and its log retention]

Your rights
You can ask what is stored about you, ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, by emailing dario@tokmatik.eu. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
